We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from visitors covering any pre-booking queries you might have. The list is by no means exhaustive and we hope we have answered any questions you might have.

How many people can stay?

We have beds to sleep 8 guests (one king size, one queen, and two sets of twin beds), plus a travel cot * which is free of charge (* we do not provide bedding for the travel cot). If an additional travel cot is required, this can be hired from the management company.

Are pets allowed in the villa?

Pets are not allowed to stay in the villa.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the villa, including the garage. Guests may however smoke in the pool area or the gardens.

Do you have a highchair?

Yes, a highchair is available for guests free of charge. Our management company can provide additional highchairs if required at a small fee.

Is a safe provided for valuables?

Yes, there is a safe which is free of charge to use. Instructions for usage are available on occupancy.

Is there a BBQ in the garden?

A charcoal BBQ is provided. Guests generally leave any leftover charcoal, but this cannot be guaranteed.

How close are you to Disney World?

Subject to local traffic conditions, we are approximately 20 minutes from Disney World.

How long is the transfer from Orlando airport?

Subject to local traffic conditions, the villa is a 40 minute drive from orlando International Airport. Please note some of the highways are toll roads.

Which way does the pool face?

The pool faces NNW, but it is in the sun all the time. There is plenty of sun and shade around the pool all year round.

Is the pool in a conservatory?

Known as a lanai, it is a mesh cage around the pool, very common to outdoor pools in Florida. This keeps the bugs out, as well as the majority of small lizards.

Are there inflatables for the pool?

We do not provide inflatables, but guests do sometimes leave them behind. Guests are welcome to use them at their own risk. Diving and bombing is not permitted in the pool.

Is there a pool cover?

Yes – a pool cover is available for the cooler months to help retain the pool heat.

Is the pool heated all year round?

Pool heat is generally needed between October and April inclusive. Requirement in October and April does however depend on the individual, as well as the weather. We are happy for guests to decide whether they need pool heat after arrival, and to pay the management company locally in US dollars. The thermostat is controlled by the management company – guests are not allowed to change the temperature themselves.

Do I need to bring my own pool/beach towels?

No - there are spare bathroom towels and extra bedding in the villa, along with a selection of pool towels.
